Just a standard Beef Stroganoff recipe. I’ve made it a few times and everyone always likes it.

Ingredients

  • 🐄 3 lbs beef
  • 🍷 1 1/2 white wine
  • 🐮 2 cups beef broth
  • 🥛 1/4 cup table cream
  • 🥛 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 🧅 2 onions
  • 🧄 2 cloves garlic
  • 🍄 8 oz mushroom

Instructions

  1. Cut beef into thin strips
  2. Cook on high heat until thoroughly browned, with a careful amount of olive oil.
  3. Remove beef from pot, cook mushroom, onion, and garlic in the beef fat.
  4. Deglaze with white wine, add broth once bottom is clean.
  5. Add beef back to the pot, simmer for 10–20 minutes.
  6. Add the creams, then add a thickener (flour) as desired.
