My Mom’s Beef Stroganoff recipe.

Ingredients

  • 🐮 4 tbsp butter
  • 🧅 1 chopped onion
  • 🧄 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 🍄 1 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 🐄 beef cubes seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 🌿 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 🍀 1 tsp paprika
  • 🍷1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 🐄 2 cup beef broth
  • 🍞 2 tbsp flour
  • 💮 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 🧂 salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in the butter.
  2. Then cook the onions, cloves, mushrooms.
  3. Mix in the mustard and paprika.
  4. Add the wine, cook 5 mins.
  5. Mix beef broth, flour, Worcestershire sauce, until smooth.
  6. Pour beef broth mixture into the pan, mix well and bring to a simmer, until thick.
  7. Add cream cheese at the end. (do not boil)
  8. Add noodles at the end.
